So, I have just wrapped on the job we were shooting in Morocco. It was something else and no, not in a bad way. But today I have decided to look back at this one post I made just before we started shooting. The one about me asking a book few questions about the job.

It’s funny because, now in the state of mind I am, I would have had a different interpretation, also I kinda have the answers to those questions and that’s fun.

In the end we had our ups and downs, we had crazy heat and sandstorms, we had covid outbreak, isolation, body doubles and plate shots, we had gossip and romance, we had some minor criminal activity, people being sacked and people who decided to leave early. We travelled and stayed in different hotels, seen different cities and had mini adventures. We made friends and some made not enemies, but you know what I mean. We had fun, but also did a lot of moaning. It was not always easy and I wish we would have had more days off, but in the end, I would do it all over again.

I think from now on one of my criteria for work will be making friends. Someone once told me that it is rare to be friends with your work colleagues and I believed that person. Now I think it is only rare if you don’t make any effort to make it so.
